I just purchased a practice exam. What’s next?

If you purchased a practice exam, you will immediately receive an email confirming your order and a second email with the practice exam access code. If you don’t see these within a minute or two then be sure to check your spam folder.

I just purchased a course. What’s next?

If you purchased a CMMC CCP or CCA course, you will immediately receive two emails. The first will be your order confirmation and the second will include details regarding the course including the Zoom link and a calendar file.

One business day before training, you will receive the third and final email, which will contain a unique access code with directions on how to use it.

If you purchased a PECB CMMC Foundations course, you will immediately receive an order confirmation email and an order details email containing Zoom information. Unlike the CCP and CCA courses, you do not receive an access code. You will, however, receive details on how to create a free PECB account. After the instructor marks you present during training, you will be granted access to the training material via the PECB KATE application.

What is the AUDIT ONLY discount option?

The AUDIT ONLY discount option is for those students who want to participate in a CMMC CCP and/or CMMC CCA class but do not need or want credit for the course because they do not intend to become certified.

If you use the AUDIT ONLY discount option you:

  • ARE able to participate in the standard training class along with other students
  • ARE able to interact and ask questions during the training
  • DO NOT receive access to training content; you will view it as it is being presented by the instructor
  • DO NOT receive a course completion certificate
  • DO NOT receive access to the practice exams
  • ARE NOT entitled to free retraining
  • ARE NOT entitled to free live exam prep
  • WILL NOT be reported to the Cyber AB as having completed training even if you have a CMMC Professional Number (CPN)

I attended CCP and/or CCA training. How do I access the practice exam(s)?

Simply use the links provided on the home page. Once at a practice exam page, enter your unique access code. This access code is the same one used to access the training material on the LPP’s site (e.g., Logical Operations LO CHOICE).

I attended CCP and/or CCA training. How do I register for free re-training?

Please use the Student Contact form available under the Home page link dropdown. We are migrating to a new method that would allow you to do this after logged into your profile so that might be an option.
